EARLY REGISTRATION ADVANGATES

Registration starts in July. Students who wish to register for the program can contact us and start the process.
The right time to start your registration process is of course as early as possible.

Limited quota and risk of closure

The Department of State limits the number of DS certificates issued to countries. Therefore, there is no certainty regarding the expiration date of the quotas according to the season's density.

Participation in job fairs

The employers participating in the job fairs that take place in the early period of the season are reliable and corporate companies that should not be missed in all aspects. Students have the opportunity to meet face-to-face with employers at these job fairs. For a smooth and beautiful Work and Travel fairs are opportunities not to be missed.

Early Enrollment Discounts

We provide discount for early enrollment students as it provides convenience to our company such as work placement of pre-enrolled students, preparation of visa dossier, and increase in the rate of obtaining visa.

Economic Forum:

That many students will travel to the United States from Turkey in the same time you have a negative impact on prices. Students who register early and obtain their visas early receive much more favorable prices than students who register late, because they have the chance to do more research and increase the chance of finding economic tickets.

Fellowships are easier to find:

After February, the likelihood of placement of groups of fellows is considerably reduced.

Don't have a problem getting your visa appointment

April and May are the months when visa negotiations are the most and the consulate is the busiest. In these months, it becomes difficult to find an appointment that is appropriate to the request of the student. There have even been students who had to go to the visa interview in June or even July.

Increases Your Chances of Receiving Visas

Due to the operation of the program, a visa application can be made between 1 and 3 months after registration. Therefore, the delay of your registration process means that your visa application will be delayed. As mentioned before, April-May is the busiest period of the consulate. The reason for this is that the majority of Work and Travel participants apply for a visa during this period. This intensity also affects the consular staff who work very hard. It is a statistical fact that the visa rejection rate increases as the visa date is delayed. The consular officer, who will have to spend less time on you, will have to make a quick decision and does not show the convenience and flexibility he has shown in some issues.

Name Investigation

The Consulate has a security procedure in case the names and surnames are similar to the persons who were previously involved in a crime and who applied for a visa. This practice is positive unless the applicant has a criminal record. However, this results in a period of 2 weeks to 16 weeks. This will cause you to wait. If you submit your application early, it will not be a problem if the deadline is before your departure date. Otherwise, you will have to postpone your departure date and it will reveal the possibility of problems with the work you will be working with.
